1 thing only i have read the Readme but there is no installation guide how wdo i install this one?!

First things first, did you download bbLean?
You need bbLean (or some other blackbox shell) installed. Then move the .style file in your blacbox/styles directory. You can change styles from blackbox menu (right click on desktop).

You can send me a PM if you need some help with this thing.

I don't use it because Ubuntu's target audience are people can click buttons on a screen but nothing much beyond that. Just like Windows. I use my OS for development and other more technical things. Hence why I use a more productive distro like openSUSE, which is geared towards power users. Furthermore Unity is a steaming pile of shyte, almost as bad as Win8's Metro.

Just in case anyone feels attacked: I'm not in anyway that Ubuntu is shit full stop. It's wonderful for people new to Linux.
