Refund him. If you don't refund him then he'll just be an ass and start creating threads about you (then many potential customers will reconsider buying from you).
 
He is obviously lying as i am using your server and i have pretty much 0 lag and the speed is perfectly fine.. I wouldn't refund him
 
take the total cost and divide by total number of days he paid for. Then multiple by 2 and add a dollar. Take his total of what he paid you and refund the difference. :)
 
Hey,

If you have a money back guarantee then to be honest no matter how rude / dishonest they are you should. If you don't and only refund on good will then don't if you don't want to. If he disputes the payment make a quick TOS on your site and show that to paypal. Also say that we have a no-refunds policy on our site.

PayPal won't then refund the money :)

loget it's not "Nightmare's" fault he wanted to buy RDP nightmare gave him a test account also it wasn't lagging or shitting it was working fine ( as stated in thread ) so why would he refund the guy?? even if he make a thread against him (WJ Mods FTW) lmao

and yeah nightmare do one thing lol if he's saying test account working fine but the server account isn't working then give him test account day by day :P otherwise why don't you check it via teamviewer? if he's liar or not???

well he got no reson for refund
he just used the user for one day and he want his money back
does this make any sense ?

new thing came , when he bought he asked for 100GB coz he will encode blu-ray movies
now , he want options with no encoding :D lol
