Should i refund such a person ?

Well , i won't say much but the images will
someone bought RDP from me yesterday , he was crazy about the speeds and left good review and 2day he says server is crap

well he got no reson for refund
he just used the user for one day and he want his money back
does this make any sense ?

new thing came , when he bought he asked for 100GB coz he will encode blu-ray movies
now , he want options with no encoding :D lol

PS , i just find out that he paid me hacked paypal balance and that got my account limited with over than 170$ !

No reason to refund him if you are providing good service as you should. A customer should only ask for refund if the service is not good.
 
If you have a no-questions-asked x days refund policy it's kind of your obligation to refund.

IF, however, you have a refund policy that only covers refunds in the case of downtime/server suckyness (=D) or no refund policy at all, then you're not obligated to do anything, and I personally wouldn't refund him because he had his test period + 2 days as far as I understood it...
