Personally, I wouldn't quit. If it's something you like to do, do it in whatever free time you do have.
Automation is a viable option, but I understand not everyone has access to these kinds of tools or said tools don't work as they should, in the poster's eyes.
I would suggest that you rethink things. Nothing should take that much time. You need to restructure what you're doing. Find a way to streamline what you believe is taking up too much time. Are you waiting on encoding tasks? Are you using a lot of time searching for content?
