Should i ask for refund?

Hello, yesterday i bought Romania server 1Gbps from Limehost.ro

i really disappointed with thier server, look the speed

sometime im having problem when im connected via putty, always slow respon and dc, i need to close and login again and again. Should i ask them refund for this server?

Also network quality is not the best. you will get slow speed to the peak times. but prices are for international romania traffic good.
 
Yes, you should ask for a refund if you are not getting what you should. Before asking for a refund you should ask for support and tell them what the problem is and if they can sort it out then its fine if not then go on and ask for a refund.

if u clearly read there toss they have mention 250mbps in evening and 1gbps in morning . so nothing wrong i think

if u ask for refund they can't give u because they say upgrade to 1gbps dedi port for 500 euro 's

my personal experience ;)

good luck bare the loss now , its better to take advice before buying any thing in virtual world :P
 
what im mad now is control via putty fkng damn very very slow respon... cant do work properly

btw, whats different port 22 and 2201?

Pretty bad. Not sure if you can ask for a refund if they have the specs in their TOS though.

Ye I would, you should also stick to the better know companies in future - Webhostingtalk forums have some good offers around
 
first you should open a support ticket, if even than the problem is not solved,you should definitely ask a refund. if they dont give, start a paypal claim :)
