I made a warez site now it's alexa is in under 500k so i just want to know that should i add 18+ or not?????
i'm using DLE

Not really , you can make a separate category & not showing on the main page .

With more content especially +18 , you will get more traffic from search engines

+ as far as i know , google doesn't penalize a site if it has xxx content
