Shopping for server

I'm shopping for a server, but I won't be needing for at least 1-2 months. I am requesting all offers for anything BELOW $80/month. The server must fall into the below criteria:

• No less than 50 GB storage
• No less than 1000 GB bandwidth
• At least 1 IP address
• Forward complaints to me and don't take action. Leave it to me.
• Will not be warez site related
• Some type of control panel (cpanel, direct admin, lxadmin)
• I prefer the data center to be in US, CA, OR UK.
• $80/month or lower

for US host "Forward complaints to me and don't take action. Leave it to me." this would be hard, if you could follow DMCA some DC have no objection to host BTW for that small specs you really need a dedicated server ?

my DC reminds me to take action my email if i miss 24hours , i always follow DMCA and ask clients to do same , no issue we get
