We were testing something - it is working right now. Sorry for the problem.
As I said - the FTP upload will be added soon.
We have successfully tested new function but we had to close uploading for 20 minutes, sorry.

We have already connected Payza as one of our Payment methods so don't worry - we are solvency. To change your current method just go to My Account and edit your Payment info.
Also Paypal limitation is for a momment. We connected wrong one so our Paypal will be available tomorrow. We have also wrote to OKPay, CashU, Webmoney, Payza, HiPay for using their services to sell Premium Account.
OKPay and Webmoney will be added this week.

can you lower the payout 50$ is to high
and increase free download limit to 1024mb many people wount bover with your site if users cant at least download 1gb files unless you remove ppd and only be a pps site but you cant do a 350mb limit on a ppd

Yes, of course. You can earn 5% of each referral earning.
First payout limit is $50 but second and each next just $20.
Registered user can download 2GB daily. We'll think about increase download volume for anons.

Earning $50 with $35 for 1000 downloads is really easy. Our point is that earning $50 is 'test'. After that you have lower limit and you can payout each $20.
We have changed max download file size by anons to 1024MB and anon daily bandwith to 1024MB.
If there are more uploaders from Portugal we can move it to Tier II. Just write PM/mail/here.

You can earn in the start : 351-1024 MB 15$/1000 downloads
Because free members can download till 1024mb , and 1025mb+ = 35$/1000 downloads (register and premium)
NOT everyone gonna register ore buy premium from a starter host
