Ohhh, yes it is m8. It is very hard. Also, there is a lot of people that only want to cheat you or people who sells unreliable hostings but saying everything best about their service.

Yes,but there is 2 problems. 1st - I'm 100% noob for VPS and 2nd - 40$ a month is too much for me especially if I don't earn a single cent from the site.

I thought that too. I bought from stablelayer.eu, but I had problems and wanted my money back and the owner - SyFlys doesn't want to back me my money. Explanation is here:

I think I will back to old host, it is little more expensive than other shared hostings, but the previous site owner told me that they are reliable and I will continue host the site there for now.
