Hello, I need to buy a shared hosting to host a wordpress porn blog linking videos to outside serivices, but I don't know what to choose. It has to allow porn content and ignore DMCA. I see a lot of offers with a lot of servers locations but which could be a good one?

pick any that you found interesting and backup your website regularly so you can always restore with other provider in case of trouble
 
I'm mainly afraid of non serious hosting like: always down, bad support, long time problem solving. And also a lot of hosting providers and not clear if they allow hosting blogs like mine or not
