Sorry guys,

One of our server was down. it was possible only to backup only 50% of files from that server :facepalm:
and those files are online now.we are not able to get those remaining data. we worked on it for the past 2 days. But we are unable to.

There is no any other reason to delete your files.
Please accept our apologies.

what a great host and awesome support i wonder why i left this host after 4 days of trying now i think i was wrong :) ;)

i cant upload now , Flash upload and normal upload both are showing errors ,only good thing is that now i can see my previously uploaded files back in filemaneger which were deleted for no reason.
 
Hello guys,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

There was a bug in that script, It automatically deleted all entries of DB.
We just restored our backup, and hence your files are back.

Still we are facing the same issue.We are contacting the script providers for support.
Hope all will be fixed soon , will update here soon.
