Yes web hosting is on its way back as well, How ever will not be launching until the beginning of February. We are focusing on our Sys-Admin division for the mean time until February.
 
How many people are involved in this project apart from you? As you are going to monitor quite a few servers you'll need a decent amount of people to help you out.
 
Its a starting operation currently. Myself along with a few others we are currently looking for some one that is online mostly online at night 12am-8am est time here through out the states.

As far as monitoring that rather the easy part since we use a ping service to monitor ports/connections if the customer is monthly,

When it comes to resolution time we also have a min of 4 hours max 12 hours.

I have this planned out down to the last detail, Servode does not employee little kids we know what we are doing.

Our primary aim of the company is not really online but more around the Dallas,FT Worth (DFW) Area here in Texas, We post online on a few forums if we have a presence here or there ie my near 4K post here on WJ
 
There are plenty server monitoring tools available to get server statistics on an interval basis. So if something happens he can recover/fix it immediatly.
