Yea... just as Ani-Stream says, i also have canceled all my servers just to get one of those 10Gbps server he promised me... but soon i dont have any servers at all, and also doesnt have any Money... Its easier if Servers Guru just refunds our Money instead of going to paypal with a dispute..

How to refund ?
money will come to bank account.
and if i will refund i will get my money after 60 days .. i dont know they will give or not. .
i know if they will refund i will get double money.
but if not then its ok. and users will get money back from paypal .. because i can see money is already in -XXXX
i will later make that in +0000 when i will get money in my credit card which is added in paypal.
i will use that credit card to make money in +0000

i used my college fee money. i was not aspecting that will happen. i cant pay my money to you. ( and i know no one will do like this )

How old are you ?
Refund from ovh to credit card max take 7 day, but 3 day is enough, and about leaseweb (netherlands) have only paypal option, you can pay with credit card but have to go with paypal. there are no chance of rejecting your payments, if still its happen, then you should get refund within 7 day for sure.

Leaseweb have different credit card processor other then paypal. If everything is normal then you will get refund in just 2-4 days from them.
@Smith that's the main problem, user always think cheaper is better. I am not saying all cheap providers are bad but atlest do not invest huge money in new host without background check.
Take a look at OP's post all around W:fly:J non of them are serious.

seriously guys! Grow-up... You guys pay first day and second day asked for refunds - didn't even check that server even solved your problems or not? What is this - you guys run for a cheap plan then act like it.. (means less support, delay service and take refund as no)

ServersGuru never had the server I ordered from him - he couldn't sell it. OVH doesn't allow resale on the new Kimsufis. He basically pulled his price list, site info etc. all off other sites - none of his business is legitimate. He even admitted he was scamming us!
Just because a deal is cheap, doesn't mean it is a scam. I've gotten some pretty good deals in the past. But in this case, hindsight is 20/20.
As fun as it is to grandstand at the tragedy of other's misfortune, you should realize this all happened because of one man's greed.
