You could get SAS drives, or even a SATA RAID setup much cheaper

Both would provide similar performance

I don't think you will get 1G unmetered for that price range.
Maybe 100TB+ bandwidth will help you with your requirement.

it's bandwidth as per "Best" effort which does not promise you guranteed bandwidth, you might hardly push 10TB or maybe 20TB.

net100TB.com is not true 100TB. I did 48 TB and they suspended my service without further discussion - said pay for unmetered or wait. That is not what good hosting company does. 100TB.com is good. go with them.
