Dedicated Server provider who require court order to take down server

Im looking for dedicated server provider who dont turn off server because of phising, spamming etc complaints. I want to host many clients who may host bad content, but i hardly can influence that.

So suspending whole server with tens or hundreds of inocent clients because of few bad is NOT wanted.

I may need like 14 days to suspend bad accounts myself. I prefer offshore company who act only according to some offshore country court orders. Privacy, client oriented company.

I dont understand, maybe it is required that this company itself should own datacenter, because reports might be sent directly to datacenter which act independently?

So you basically want a server to host phishing page, credit card fraud, black markets, child pornography, etc? And you want a 14-day time frame to help these people move to a different service after they've been caught at your host?

Yeah, well, not going to happen.
 
PRQ doesn't just defend anyone... If they see your doing the kind of activities like the guy wants they will let you go.

If they see your running a site for the purpose of freedom of anytype they will back you.
 
You would likely not find many hosts who will do this. Too many legal implications and problems can stem from this. Also, poor IP reputation and you risk losing direct allocations from ARIN or RIPE. Most hosts on here are resellers and even if they allow such content on their servers, ultimately it is the say of the direct provider to them once you are giving the server. Good luck on your search.
 
spamming is forbidden on any network in the world because IP blocks can be banned for RIPE or ARIN.

Maybe you can contact an Chinese hosting company. Most spammers use Chinese servers to send spam.

I find that somewhat offensive. Though not mainland China, Hong Kong based hosting is 'Chinese' and the hosting location of choice for those who want 'Chinese' hosting without a license.

Any way, I can tell you that only some pretty bad hosting companies, regardless of location, would knowingly host that sort of content. If we found that **** on our servers, we would quickly pull the plug. It's not worth the risk for a host. IPs could be blacklisted, and the reputation of the host can be severely damaged.

Your best bet is to host with MULTIPLE providers simultaneously and move sites around between your servers to avoid being shut down. That at least is probably the cheapest way of doing it.

Better still actually is to rent huge blocks of IPs (like a /21 or /20) and rotate your SPAM/SCAM whatever on those IPs. But for this you need some proper amount of cash. You would need like US$2,000 - $4,000 /month just for the IPs. If you DO have this kind of money to throw around, then I know a place you can rent so many IPs with a server that meets your requirements.
