Server getting down on every 5 min

I don't why my server is getting down at every 5 min.I have to again and again restart my server..

Any one knows why is it happening and how to fix it??

Login via SSH and type top and post the results here.

Just restarted server so load is 0 waiting few minutes then giving results

MAybe apache but how to test which thing is getting down??

If it is a VPS your host has possibly over sold the node

Thanks you guyz for your reply and as a result my server provider has given me new ip and it seems to be working fine now but now i have to update my server with it but don't know how do it in kloxo?
Any help..

check in DNS settings , where ur old iP is visible , replace it with new ip
