Really? i have my server with them, the same which op stated in his post and i'm very satisfied i must say. Volumedrive is a reputed company n their services are notch. They have less support guys and thats the only trouble with them. need to wait 2-3 days for support on mail ( well who cares since its cheap :D
1. Server is really TOO CHEAP and I doubt any DC provides server this cheap at these specs even to any resellers anywhere (no idea about Burstnet though XD)

That seems too good to be true. I find it difficult to believe that ANYONE can provide dedicated servers with such specs for that low of a price... in fact, impossible.

That's the way volumedrive works. Don't expect you'll get the specs listed on their website.
You'll only receive a slice of what's listed on their website!!
For example their VPS plan 1..
On their website it says the server has 50GB Storage Space. Order it you'll notice they only give you 1/10 of what was offered on their website.
When you check the storage space available it's only 5GB.
Golden rule: If it looks to good to be true, it probably is.
So don't fall for that crap - what you'll receive is an extremely oversold and slow server.
