(1) install os (package available just need to lauch setup)
(2) configure nameserver/dns etc
(3) install a few things such as

• FFMpeg Installation
• Yamdi Installation
• QT-Faststart Installation
• Memcached Installation
• PHP Configuration
• PHP APC Extension Installation
• PHP Upload Progress Installation
• PHP Memcache Extensions
• install and configure lighttpd or nginx or apache on your server with mod_flv_streaming/mod_h264_streaming and mod_secdownload for lighttpd, and flv/mp4 streaming and secure link for Nginx, and mod_flvx/mod_h264_streaming and mod_auth_token for Apache

(4) plesk knowledge required
