Servedome is a poor hosting, one of the worst hostings offered at wjunction.
I´m waiting to finish my exams to have free time and move to a decent hosting, because i have at least one hour downtime each day...
Poor hosting and poor support, not buy from servedome, you are warned, exist several posts on wjunction and none of them speak good about servedome.

I'm sales staff at servedome yes the main site was offline yesterday but is now back online. I'm limited to the sales support area so when tickets are submitted I don't see support tickets only sales tickets.
If you've a support ticket open please PM me or reply with it here I'll make a list of all support ticket that need to be checked send them over to a staff of servedome whom has control over the support ticket area.

Wait for their response regarding . If you are satisfied with their reasons and compensation they give . Stay with them or else look for another provider
