Anyone bought VPS from servedome.com ?

My VPS offline about 7 days buy my site is running . i don know what happened . and this is my first bought VPS. he is offline(YM) and i also create few ticket but no answer from him.

So any idea about that (servedome.com)

My Plan:

CPU:1 Core Dedicated CPU Usage
100 GB HDD
500 GB Bandwidth
2048 MB Dedicated RAM
3072 MB Burstable RAM

Plus DirectAdmin

If ur site is up that means ur VPS is up. May be U arent using correct port

My VPS status offline and i can't access SSH and Also my root server not found.

He is online now but no respons from my msg.

Hello Kamrul,

Your VPS is online but for some reason the status in the management panel isn't showing correctly. Can you open a support ticket? I have also sent you a PM.
