All you all probably know, .edu/.gov backlinks are like diamonds for SEO. They are considered high authority site by search engines like Google, and a single backlink on them can be as good as tens or hundreds of backlinks on general blogs.
.edu/.gov blog comments: Over 500 (little more or less again)
Please note that .edu/.gov blogs will not be auto approve, because auto approve blogs are generally spammed much more than moderated blogs, hence quality of backlinks is not as good. A: This is the ensure your backlinks look normal and not like spam. Huge amount of backlinks in a short time can be harmful to your site in some cases. So basically I will deliberately do this slowly. Remember, this is not complete Black Hat SEO.
Q: What is your refund policy?
