I found your ticket unfortunately you think we are here to play games.

In the first ticket you created we replied and you never replied back to us.

Now you created the a ticket with an image excluding the info we need how can we locate your payment that way??

We need the reference number. And I'm glad you have stopped calling us scammers please provide some information where we can locate your payment as mentioned in the other thread I'm unable to find the payment nor was it marked paid at our billing system.

Please help us find it and we will gladly refund it.

Im not understanding you, please work like a human and provide the reference number to us via ticket to the ticket where we requested information.

Secondly you will not provide the reference number which we need to locate your payment as we cannot find it nor was our billing panel marked as paid.

Third you wont provide a reference number but you will include your address to the public on a forum this leads me to believe either you never paid and simply trying to make us look bad.

Anyhow we are willing to work with you to solve your issues how ever you will need to do it the right way and contact us directly with the requested information so we can locate the payment Have a good day!
 
Been sent the required data has to acknowledge the Xi only simple image I'm not mangling the company while I just put my picture the situation when the sound was replying to the message and respected that I did not months but I guarantee you my right and thank you .. It seems like you are using some translation program as I truly do not understand what you are trying to say no where did we say you don't have rights...

Simply provide accurate information via the help desk and we can then locate your payment and refund it accordingly... blanking information out and expecting us to guess who you are isn't going to happen.
