Can you contact us directly to avoid your personal information being displayed on a public forum.

To sum it up you paid with Alert Pay and after reviewing both alert pay and your invoice I don't see a successful payment.

Please test the disk our servers are not slow what so ever it could be the site you were downloading from had an issue....

Also open up a ticket if you feel your vps is acting sluggish we are always here to help.
