Hi robert, When this moving to new server will done?
You'll give $5 credit to all user that mean we have to re-buy RL right?

I don't have an estimated time as when the server move will be completed we've already received the new ip's for the server though. If you're an existing client yes you can use the $5.00 credits to purchase another rapidleech account but if you're a new client coming to us you'll need to purchase a rapidleech hosting first.
 
Server move updates
The server move has been completed I've listed the following plugins that are now working below which I have personally tested myself. If you didn't receive an email with new nameservers & updates please open up a support ticket at http://billing.shackservers.com

Working Plugins:
Hotfile.com - Plugin Working as Free & Premium User
Megaupload.com - Plugin Working as Free & Premium User
Fileserve.com - Plugin working as Free & Premium User
Rapidshare.com - Plugin Working as Free & Premium User

Issues Resolved: ( Completed )
Issue #1 - FTP Upload issue for hotfile.com has been resolved - FTP Upload issue has been resolved as it was being caused by our server firewall blocking hotfile.com ip's we've added there IP's range to the allow list of our server firewall.

Issue #2 - Hotfile.com - Was not working for premium users this was being caused by IP Range being banned by hotfile.com this has been resolved.

Issues Being Looked at: ( ON HOLD )
Auto Transload for some plugins isn't working has reported by some clients this could be cause by 2 factors Server Configuration or an issue with the rapidleech script.


I'll update list later on today when we've completed the testing of other plugins.

Account Credits:
We'll be credited all users accounts of $5.00 later today we'll mass email all clients when this has been completed has we've to manually do this in our billing center.

Hotfile is working just fine, it's been 100% active since the server was reconfigured and transferred yesterday, further more if nothing is working for you, how is it that you can be posting average speeds?

Post a support ticket to the system admin, be polite and ask for help, it's simple.

You might have an error with your passwords in the accounts.php file or you might have forgot to include a security tag..... who knows, the admin will help you.

Megaupload premium plugin is not working. Neither for single or Auto Transload.

Furthermore, average download & upload speed for the last three days: 100-200 kb/s

Megaupload - for single transload is working for me you must have replaced the pre-installed script with other rapidleech scripts as far I know as auto Transload you'll need to contact rapidleech.com has I've stated many times We are in no way responsible for the working (or non working) of the script and broken plugins.

Hotfile.com - Hotfile.com is working as both free & premium user the only thing I can say again you must have replaced the hotfile.com host file with other one over writing the existing ones we already had when you first purchased rapidleech hosting from us. We've 3 clients we've said hotfile.com as a premium user is now working for them.

As far as network speeds once again this is out of are control like I said many factors can be caused by this distance of server, network issues at datcenter or a network issue at the filesharing site. If you would read your email once again you can see we had the server move back to Netherlands to better support our clients request for working hotfile.

Network speeds are fine, I have moved 45 GB in from three different file hosts (combine) and pushed it all back out with new file names to the same three hosts with no problems..... there is nothing wrong with your speed and all my plugins that I uploaded work just fine. :))

Excellent service Robert keep up the good work mate.
