Q. When unraring/unzipping files I can't see them this is caused by a bug within Rapidleech
A. Try disabling auto delete then unrar/unzip the folder you're needing to unrar/unzip. Then re-enabled it when you're done to have the folders / files auto deleted from your account.
Q. When unraring a file I get permission denied rar/unrar
A. You need to chmod the rar/unrar to 755 including the folder you can do this via FTP or cPanel File
Manager.
Q. What's the difference between Semi-Dedicated Rapidleech and Shared Rapidleech Hosting.
A. The difference is that with Shared Rapidleech Hosting is the servers are oversold to about the maximum of 200 to 500 accounts. However on Semi-Dedicated Rapidleech hosting the maximum accounts that's put on a server is around 20 accounts to 35 accounts to ensure you get the best server performance.
Q. Can I use my rapidleech hosting for public use
A. No you can't use your rapidleech hosting for public use it can only be used for private use
If we catch any rapidleech user using there rapidleech hosting for public use we'll suspended your account
the first time you're caught. Second time we'll terminate your account without no warnings.
Q. What's the maximum accounts you put on your server
A. The Maximum accounts that we put on our server is no more then 20 accounts
Q. How can I edited my files or upload new files
A. You can edited files or upload new files by using cPanel File Manager are by loggin into FTP using your cPanel username & password which was given to you in your Welcome Email from us.
Q. Will you every oversell your servers
A. No we'll not oversell any of our rapidleech hosting servers. Whenever slots for any plans becomes full our billing center will automatically close signup for that rapidleech hosting plan.
Q. How many servers do you've for rapidleech hosting
A. Currently at this moment we only have 1 server that's being used for rapidleech hosting this server was currently just purchased it's a brand new vps server.
Q. Do you offer reseller access for rapidleech hosting
A. No, we don't at the moment but we're working on this.
