Okay as i title says , i want to do some encoding so i decided to buy a semi or a dedi budget is around 80$ can go higher if the deal is really sexy
specs not much
HDD : 100GB or more
Port : 1GBs (not lower)
OS : windows for sure
RAM : 2GB +
Location : NL is mostly welcomed .
