Selling VPS Servers

I am highly interested on selling VPS servers and I was wanting some of your feedback on suggestions.

I am considering getting a Ukranian server and setting up VPS's on that, I'd be selling around 512mb RAM plans with around 40gb HDD space, 480GB Bandwidth at 1Gbit speed. I'd be selling these for around 22$, the processor would be a quad-core 2.5Ghz (Definitely no lower than 20$).

Would you be interested in purchasing a slot judging by it's location and other specifications?

I can't do unmetered vps's from the Ukraine at the moment, just what I listed.

First, many questions, because is not only question of price and/or server specs.
I personally prefer to pay 30$ and have fast and skilled support team at my service that can solve issues, optimize, etc.... in other words, proffessional service.

Do you ignore DMCA?
Services are managed or unmanaged?
Ticket average response time?
Number of members on support?

At the same time, many people will use VPS for torrents/seeding and/or rapidleech. If you want to focus on sell VPS for webhosting, then 480GB bandwith should be enougth for a 512MB VPS, if you want to focus on torrents/rapidleech, user will require more bandwith.

As you can see exists many factors and not easy give you an answer. I will be interested if the support have good reputation, ticket response time is fast and if support are skilled and can do optimizations, custom server installs (nginx in front apache for example, etc..) and a large etc... If i only see the price, i can say that the price is correct thinking only into resources and server specs.
