The name on the credit card wont match the name on the account. nor will the address. there fore once paypal finds out, they will limit and freeze the acc.

Dude , i have been in this biz for a long time and i know that the accounts work fine.

I am not trying to ruin your service but i been with paypal for 10 years, i know every single reason that limit for and they are assholes. but any one who uses it if your account gets limited and they ask you to provide information to prove its your CC, don't get pissed.

Dude dont post without knowing anything.hese virtual credit cards.My bank gives me the ability to generate them.Google VCC and you will know what me talking about.

Ok had a talk to this guy,
paid my $4 and got my card.
Unfortunately due to a paypal error the card was unable to work (same error as here: http://getsatisfaction.com/paypal/topics/error_while_resolving_limited_access_am_i_doomed)
Asked for a full refund.
Received full refund.

Anyway seems like a nice guy, not a scammer.
