Dedicated selling half my dedicated server

hi guys,
i have my 2sites(Just4FreePlanet & WarezSuperKings) on a dedicated server from worldstream for several months now but i noticed i don't need so much space and bandwith,so i am selling half my dedicated server to 1person so we will be on 1dedicated server with 2persons and split costs.

this includes:
-managed server
-cpanel
-Intel C2Q Q8200
-2048 MB DDR2 RAM
-125 GB 7.200 RPM
-1000 GB Traffic p/m

price: 80$/month

Costs 60 euro aka $90 USD to get one,, why would someone pay you $80 for half of it?? :S

Edit: And at a server it's not about bw or hdd space, but about load. And you host forums which are really straining on the server.
 
I agree with you but you forgot about the cpanel cost i.e 27 or 29 USD plus the management.

@Thread Starter:If you make the price less by 20-25 USD then someone will buy it.

you should read all of prices
server cost:59€/month
cpanel: 29€/month
extra payment every month instead of every six months: 8.40€/month
all these prices exclude 19% VAT and exclude costs of server management

so please tell me where you find a cheap server like you say?

the price i have posted is exactly half of what i pay.but i'm willing to go down to 70$/month but not lower

could be possible but the fact is i have it from them now.
so i'm still looking for someone is interested in sharing this dedicated server with me.
