be easier to start your own and work your way up. If you put enough into it you can get 2* to start

^itd take a bit of effort and abt 3-4 months time to reach 3* but i get wmans point...far easier and time saving to just buy a 3* site for 100+$ and start from there

it seems to me that you are more interested in buying than them into selling, so... do the math...

just do a new site, it will take you a whole day to setup everything. 10 hours maybe..can't afford the time? buy it with a good price. katz is not a real rating for a warez site.

sites that have over 80% traffic from katz, is no real strong website at all.

they are just katz butt licker
