update - the support team is great, i had a couple of new tickets because i made a "few mistakes" and they always helped me.

Seedbox basicly is for torrents.
However you also get access to SSH so you can download/upload things via console, you also have DirectAdmin access and a website URL so you can upload some scripts for Seedbox/RL and use them as you wish.
Our Seedboxes are quite all-rounders when it comes to that - SSH, sFTP, FTP, DirectAdmin, Web-UI....

You can use sFTP, This is not Windows or UNIX with enabled RD, there is no Remote Desktop.
However you have access to our DirectAdmin Control Panel, it's pretty neat.

moved on to a better seedbox company

if the had the server (it worked very good until yesterday) had the clients (just here on WJ there are a couple of them) why didn't keep making money?

(mabe it's just me, but when i find a money-maker way i explore it...)
 
i opened a dispute with paypal and seedhop has escalated it to claim and now paypal is investigating getting me my money back.

14 day money back guarantee lol...I guess not...because seedhop is fighting my refund.

any advice on what i need or what my next step might be?
