but torrent speeds will be great, in usa rdp torrent speeds are not good.

Its my friends account and if i review it myself it will be awkward. :D
so why don't you try it and find out ?
it does not have rapidleech/Rs2Rs but vnc w/ webbrowser and ftp client can be bought for an extra monthly price.
