SeedBox: RapidLeech + RAR/UNRAR

Has anybody used seedboxnow.com or seedb0x.com(says slots are full)..i am looking for seedbox + rapidleech+ rar/unrar...my budget is $10-$20 pm..

I have considered..rslegend.org,rapidleechhost.com,scopehosts.com also..need your help guys in choosing...

I'm using seedboxnow. Everyone is having problems with their service currently. I'm getting speed only around 30KB/s now. Actually they had better speed before.

Does that mean u r not overselling your seedbox plans..can u provide me test account and does ur account has rar/unrar...i am desperate for a good deal..been searching for longtime now...but in vain...i will try for some more time before going for my own offshore vps
