Seedbox or VPS?

What i am looking to do, is to

1) Download torrent via rss
2) Able to access the server like a regular desktop
3) Archive what was downloaded via the rss/torrent client
4) Use ZOOM Uploader to upload to specific hosts (Unless rapidleech is able to do this?)

Is this possible to do both?
Also, am i able to run .bat commands? I found a useful script on here for a .bat command to auto archive folders for me!

Or is there another solution?

I did what you guys have advised and have a 1gbit (shared between 5 vps) vps windows 2012 server 4gb ram and 200gb hdd 15$/month

on vps you can install apps your self where on a rdp you need the admin to install them

You can do pretty much anything on a vps, as long as you know how to. You can for exemple setup a seedbox + rdp on a vps.

RDP is so nice to have.

If i need to do something hard, i login via VNC and have complete control.

if your comfortable with linux then VPS would save you money over a windows one where you have to pay extra for windowz license.

Seedbox is good but VPS has more features in so... It depends on your usage. In general, an Offshore VPS is always the best and safest for most probably anything
