seems sales has gotten down since last week
Not sure why it's down with you, but we see only an increased amount of sales since we introduced a new processor.
So something must be going wrong on your side.

The values of the last three days are wrong, my table is C, with 99% of Brazil and is counting table as D traffic, averaging almost half of the actual value.

Added after 12 Hours 19 minutes:
They answered my ticket and simply moved Brazil to the group D, without warning and with dubious reason. 1 more host who mocks with its uploaders.

Same problem for me as b1u3eyes; I try ftp and just says 530 Login incorrect ; Login Failed.
even though the login info is correct.
Also do you have a skype account for the company or yourself? I've seen other host providers do, wanted to know if you did as well.
