Ok, go to your Administration Control Panel.
Styles & Templates - Your Style - Select "Edit Templates" from drop-down menu.
Find "Forum Home Templates", click twice on the link for it to expand its child templates.
Click on "
forumhome_forumbit_level1_post".
Find:

<img src="$stylevar[imgdir_statusicon]/$forum[imageprefix]forum_$forum[statusicon].gif" alt="" border="0" id="forum_statusicon_$forum[forumid]" />
Replace with:

<img src="$stylevar[imgdir_statusicon]/custom/$forum[forumid].png" alt="" border="0" id="forum_statusicon_$forum[forumid]" />
Save.
Click on "
forumhome_forumbit_level2_post".
Find:

<img src="$stylevar[imgdir_statusicon]/$forum[imageprefix]forum_$forum[statusicon].gif" alt="" border="0" id="forum_statusicon_$forum[forumid]" />
Replace with:

<img src="$stylevar[imgdir_statusicon]/custom/$forum[forumid].png" alt="" border="0" id="forum_statusicon_$forum[forumid]" />
Save.
Either via cPanel or FTP navigate to your "images" folder and go to "statusicon" folder and create a folder named "
custom".
After you've done that, name your custom icons by your forum ID's.
e.g. 11.png, 12.png, 13.png
To know forum's ID, hover over forum's link and you'll see "f=
X". (X indicates forum's ID)
Upload your icons to the "custom" folder, and old status icons should be replaced with the custom ones after that.
