searching for offshor host !

hi

i just take 1 week to search for good host but i didn`t find =(

from 2 days i found scopehosts they have good review but
from 2 days no1 answer me from there site !!
the online chat no1 there !!
the email no1 answer also + the sales here also didn`t answer me

so i dono where to go

so ,
i need good host

1 - they allow more than 40% cpu limit
2 - they have daily backup or weekly
3 - uptime is good i know there is no 100% all the time but i need prove that they have good uptime
4 - they have unlimited BW << what i mean more than 500GB/m
5 - they can host my sites
2 site
1) have 3k to 8k per day
2) have 6k to 10k per day
in same time i had max 400 to 700 visitor =)
6 - no resorce limit msg appear in my site @@"
7 - good support < i don`t need that much but at less i can find them when i need them in issue related to server and these stuff
8 - there host in business for more than 2 or 3 years i don`t want new host cuz i dono if they will cont. there work or stop =( and i lose every thing
9 - my budget 80$-110$/year

my forum and my site

they just have downloading links for programs and movies and downloading stuff + normal topic
and the second site just wordpress provide english subtitle for asian drama and movies =)

Are you looking for shared host? if so then it is hard to find one with these features.
It is better to shift to a VPS, unmanaged with your budget.
 
=( i search for that but i didn`t find cuz most of them r more than 200$/year which i can`t handle it

i have some offer with what i want but its new host so i am not comfortable with new hosts !!

and for the cpu limit if 30% also no problem
i now my site can`t go more than 10% but -_- i wana be sure that nothing happen

cuz the host i have now

go above the limit each day @@" even when i close the forum and close all the plugin
there was more cpu usage so i was thinking maybe its from the host it self thats y search for that limit

and for the visitor i know most server can handle more than 30k for each user << thats if its good server


 
dont use scopehost because they shut down my vps after 2 days for hosting potlocker.net so I moved to hostlover.com and now as of a few hours ago the server potlocker was on and hostlover.com is down, same thing happened with bnehost.com before I moved to scopehost. so im in the same boat as you man, all this is getting pretty aggravating that this keeps happening. Iv had to move to new hosting companys like 4 times in the last few weeks. and now have no money to get new hosting till the first.

there is hostmo.us its an option also may change to them i talk with there online sales/support they r here most of time
there price good also

but i need to search for more and more host to find 1 i can work on with 1 or 2years more after that i will can get vps

but right now shared host is good option =)
 
yea, seems like shared hosting might work for me too, I was having like 600 people on potlocker at one time all day today with shared hosting from hostlover.com and had no problems at all until now. I might be able to pull something off, since I got $5 in my paypal account still. Im gonna check out hostmo.us now

Hostlover.com started working again, it was a planned maintenance that I had no warning about. and didnt get the chance to actually use Hostmo.us, so I wont be able to give you much of an opinion about hostmo TBDragon, other than there support was friendly and helpful.
 
what you lookin with your budget you can got vps the are no share shoting will allowed for hight resource use
some webhosting will auto suspended your account when reach max limit

then more good you buy VPS than shared with your traffics you wil be got suspended faster if use shared
