Scorpiohost Sucks Too Just like the Other Amateurs.

Hi, yes i was reading reviews of scorpiohost her on WJ. everybody said the servers was so fast and the support was so good so i decide to switch to them since my last host THP was dead and gone without saying anything. (thx a lot greg after all this months) So i order my hosting service for 5.99 USD on 18/10/2009. I payed my invoice thru paypal and start waiting for my new ACC details the nameservers and such...So i wait one day and 2 days no deatils were sent to me... i contacted em and gived em my order nr. after 10 hours they answered me and said that my website was up and running and gived me a domain name that i never heard of... Afterwards they want me to send my order again but i could not find same package that i order first time it wasnt on the site anymore... So they want me to send my order manually ..Ok! i send em my order - 20 october 2009 18:54:57 and got the details 21 october 2009 04:50:34 The nameservers a link to cpanel and usernname and password. With wrong BW And Storage that they promised me.And i can not log in to my support panel. So my last unaswered email was 21 october 2009 17:45:20 so thats 24 hours still no answer. I send em another emails with couple of F words and asked for a refund still no answer i also told em that i will make a thread about this on WJ. I am doing this for not gettin back at em Just so u can think twice before u go with em. I been there and done that many times with these unreliable host..

ANY KIND OF PROOF OF EMAIL OR PAYPAL I GOT EM JUST ASK!!!

I can tell you now, that if you swear at them, its not going to help the situation at all...

It has only been four days, perhaps you were a little short tempered with them...

Give it a week, and if still nothing just make a claim with paypal or your credit card provider.

It will not speed up the process by making posts like this in the forums.

First I am giving you answers and then I will refund(within 24 hrs).
It took not 3 days but just over 24 hrs to give you your account as - We did not have your Client Id registered at all.

What do you mean by "all of them"? How many accounts were you expecting?

About the url problem - Yes we are having some issues with our rapidleech & torrent server. So I'm sorry & refunding you fully.

I think you have some problem - The plan which you are talking about is for "Warez Linking/Nulled Scripts/Adult sites only".
The 2nd plan is for Rapidleech & Torrent sites.
Its written clearly in threads in WJunction & at our site.

" fuck i cant even log in to my support panel." - You get page load error or you get wrong password. If its the first one, its YOUR END PROBLEM, not ours. If its the second one, then you could have easily got your new password using "Forgot Password" link.

Note: Refunding you in 24 hours, you are welcome to try elsewhere.
And remember if you are going to swear like this at your service provider, you will be served the same way. //At least we are refunding you.//

Do you know whats the weird thing my email doesnt exist on yor database !!! oh how i know that thing? because forgetting password is the fisrt thing i clicked on to restore my pas WITH NO ASNWERS...REPEAT NO ANSWERS !!!

i meant all of my acc deatils didnt get them couldnt see my website ...

u noticed that u answered me after 24 hours ? And guess what iam seeing right now u gaved me only 200BW thats better the package name is Standard RT i cant see it right now on ur website... And yes my site is a Torrent site...Nick dont be too soon to judge broo...
 
And u so fast to answer to defend ur self but when it comes to support u aint that fast u just showing the last emails i send to you where i use the F word alot so u can make me look like a bad guy show all the other email where iam beggin u for answers? unbliveable is what u are and thx for letting me know that u had problems with the server just now and not earlier...
 
You can't see "package name is Standard RT" in our site?
Anyone pls go and check.. We have a special section in our billing system for those sites.
And if you have ordered directly from WJ, then I don't think any of that matters at all, because direct links are provided.

About your email doesn't existing : Our WHMCS Email log shows you have just hit the Client Details Reminder sometime back.
 
no no no i did it like 2 days ago got no answer but tryed again today u know what just refund me IDC but that as i was saying u are realy fast to defend your self and u can say whatevar u want from what i know u get ur acc details soon as u pay for it...again !Did you noticed that u answered me after 24 hours ?
 
Yes, we did, we cannot provide support on every issues in every hour that you expect.
Yes you get account details as soon as as you pay for it, but it depends on hosts.

We have not set "Automatic Account Setup" for all plans. For some plans we verify order manually, so it'll take time.

As I said, pls try other hosts. I'm not scamming you or anything, you are getting your full refund even after swearing. So nothing more there for us to fight about.
 
It was never about fighting charger iam never about fighting u and maybe some other may thinks so cuz of that swearing but i was piced off ...
