i sent them email many times they are not replying , my VPS is not working dont know why and they are not giving the reason also

^^ There could be a serious problem with ScorpioHost.
There maybe Power Outrage, HDD Rupture, Hardware Malfunction problem with their server, so are you gonna bring down their reputation for that ?

Just wait for atleast 3-4 days, they are a good company and will surely reply.

well i know hosting company is not small thing to handle their could be many problems but atleast they should reply me and take me in confidence that they are facing problem and i should wait
