leave them man they are the shittiest reseller I've ever been with...
and yea they don't own these servers they are just resellers of a reseller..
no wonder why they can't do anything about it..

anyway, I've already switched to another host and I still got like 2 months with scopehosts but heck I don't want to spend another minuet with them since all of my files has gone..(thank god that I've made backups 4 months ago).. also they have closed all of the servers located in Luxemburg.. (that's what they told me last week)..
