Scam money exchange website!! ALERT!

Hey guys, this is a scam money exchange website:

http://currencyconverterltd.com/

I was doing LR to PP

Transferred 83$ of LR and did not recieve anything on PayPal

Do not do any transaction on that site.

Is there a way i can get the owner of that site or something, also he is hosted in the US and he has privacy protection for the domain.

Thats the bad thing about LR.
You can't chargeback, or form any sort of dispute, hence why most, if not all, carding sites/forums, only accept LR as the main payment processor.

PDR is very strict in rules, just report to domain registrar with some proofs.
