Scam List Of File host sites

their TOS is mainly written for copyright owners to show that they have nothing to do with users' uploads.
it's no secret that file host company doesn't delete your copyrighted stuffs until copyright owners send report to them.
like i said, they will not give a shit about copyrighted or not until some copyright ownners send complaint to them.
they want to earn money ,we want to earn money too.
seriously 99% of the stuffs that people upload on the internet are copyrighted, if file host companies take them down.. there's almost no file on their host, dude..wake up,that's the fact!

I dont know which definition of scam are the people on this website following but hotfile, duckload, rapidshare and megaupload are scam?

and i dont think anyone of the above mentioned hosts are running a fraud business. Yes, the hosts mentioned in the first post are indeed scam as they didn't payout the users according to their promise and ran away with the user's money.
One thing i'd like to mention is that, if you cant earn with a filehost, it doesn't mean its scam. I cant earn with Hotfile or Filesonic but i dont go around calling them a scam, why? Because its my fault and i'm incapable of doing so. The same goes for Duckload here, i have been paid twice by Duckload and they are not a scam site, if you cant earn with them doesn't mean they aren't legit you need to accept that you are doing something wrong.
and RapidShare + Megaupload are scam? really? Why is that, cause they dont pay you? Because you have to upload there just for the sake of sharing? lol
and before someone comes up here and says that RS took away your rapids, well guess what? they informed every single one of their customers about the abandoned reward program and about the introduction of rapids, you cant say they are a scam. Same goes for megaupload, their site clearly states the conditions for rewards and payout, follow them and you'll get the amount your deserve.
anyway, on topic. Filestab.com is one site that became a scam, x7.to is another also storage.to doesn't payout anymore.

Well to be honest, while Megaupload is not a scam company, they can be put in the cheaters list. Hell everyone who has ever used MU knows that their reward program is simply an illusion, 1 point per download is clearly falsification. The way they count points (or don't) makes it almost improbable to earn any rewards.
Rapidshare is not scam but they scammed me off 1200 Rapids by wrongly removing them from my account when some guy in WBB decided to send a 100 Rapids to my account and then claimed unauthorized transfer!
Megaupload is not a scam. I exclusively upload to mu. The forum iam in are primary MU users. We do get points and the people and i asked them all in the last month if they received payouts. One of my friends did get the $150 mu payout and i just redeemed 10,000 points for 1 month MU premium. You all just bitchin over MU cos you all upload for money!
I think the reason why DJ.ice isn't getting any points for his 95mb files is because most MU users chose MU because it's great for single Links. I personally don't download split files on MU and i try to avoid them. many people i know try to avoid them too. I constantly get PM'd by tonnes of people who ask me to post single links, even though someone posted a split MU links. users still refuse to download the split files and request me for a single link.
