I Would like to tell you guys, that EnCiPh3r is SCAMMER.
I asked him a refund after 12 hours after payment, because speeds are to slow! 2mb/s downloading isn't good for me, I need at least 10mb/s downloading speed. Uploading speeds were good about 50+mb/s, but I can't work if downloading is slow. He said that he will send me a refund, then asked to open a ticked. I have opened it and wrote all my information and still didn't get refund. I am waiting refund for 11 days!!! I can't wait anymore, writing here.
