Hi,

Please open a ticket if you are facing any issue. Those kind of problems are usually caused my multiple users I/O operations simultaneously. It seems to we working properly at the time of writing though.

The slow speed to RS was due to the failure of the Atlantic Crossing cable (The Yellow Cable). If it is not repaired, it should be soon.
