Other Sborg with torrents allowed!!!!!!

Hey Guys,
I am looking for sborg with torrents allowed. Max budget is 20$. I need it US based as I will be uploading to fileserve, filesonic and hotfile.
I dont need high space but high downloading speeds and uploading speeds.

Please advice me on some packages.
