Sandino and my365host went from great to beyond awful - my reasons why to avoid them!

okay so check this out, this has been my MSN window since yesterday:

I just received his IM. and I even responded and he hasn't.
So there might be an MSN problem? I'm not sure.

I even responded to the ticket yesterday and today and no response.


*edit* And I also just came into this topic b/c djeuro notified me about it.
 
Why would I respond you to? I'm not going to stay with your incredibly unprofessional and egregiously horrendous customer service. It is literally hilarious that you even consider yourself a businessman.

edit: I'll give you a minute to look those words up. People always warned me that you were a little kid, but now it is painfully blatant how childish you really are. I don't usually practice age-ism but I'm thinking about it now.
 
Yes sandino is very good in suspending people of no reason. He did the same thing to me when I was using his host and he said that I was using some rs scripts which I never did.

For no reason? Having rapidleech scripts on our website at all is against our tos.
You agree to those terms when you first order, so it's not my fault that you did not understand that.
You also uploaded the files to your hosting, as that is what the logs said.
What are you going to say someone hacked your computer, uploaded RL, and made sure you got caught?

You are responsible for anything that goes on with your account, whether you got hacked or not. Ask any host, host monster, host gator, just host, etc. It's not just us doing it. We have been running for quite a few years now, why would we start just randomly doing stuff to our clients? We want to lose clients now? Guess that must be a new marketing scheme now, I always thought you should treat every customer nice, because they could always recommend people to you.
Good Hosting + Good Support = Customers.

Uhm.. I think when you IM someone, it's so they respond to you. If you are not going to respond, what is the point of IMing me in the first place?

And yes, starting a company from scratch and having it run so long without any major problems, i think allows someone to call themselves a businessman. (even though I never had, these are your words not mine).
 
Clearly your tactics are just to bait customers into a flame war while ignoring the real issues.

I'll continue to make every single person with half of a brain steer far clear of your service.

I like how you can't refute the countless amount of downtime that there has been in the only 2 months I've had my service. Not to mention the speed sucks and you always say "its on your end, not ours" which is 100% not true since other websites/services run out of that DC are lightning fast for me.


edit: you also might want to re-read your TOS because it states that you give a warning before shutting down the site.

So not only are you a sub-par businessman and service provider (not to mention awful customer service agent) but you're also a liar and an extortionist (made clear by the $25 fees you were trying to charge me).

I have not ignored anything you said. I have not even read this whole thread. I merely responded to the link djeuro provided me.

Also thanks for telling me you are going to talk bad about my company; I will now know who is talking bad and tell people who it is.

Also, you may want to re-read it, it clearly states "My365Host.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account of any client at any time without prior warning"

and thanks, but that's only your opinion. before this you had totally different words to say about it. it's sort of funny how you get all defensive and turn your attitude around about me when we're only trying to protect you and our customers.

Also, we never charged you anything, I said you are lucky we did not. As we have not finished our investigation.

You can continue to post, this is my last reply to you as you will always have to be "right", and nothing will get solved. This is just another flame thread.

Well as I predicted you failed to address any of my concerns in the previous post. I also think you should re-read the definition of defensive because clearly you're confused as to the meaning. In this situation you are being defensive, not I.
 
@US sorry, but I am with My365Host on this one, you are responsible for whats on your hosting accounts whether you put it there or not....however could it possibly been handled differently well that depends on host. I personally would have removed them, educated you and if I seen them again deleted them but whatever, since your account put everyone at risk on his hosting
 
OK.

I think everybody has said everything that needs to be said. To be completely honest though, in my opinion, he reserves the right to close your account at any point, should he feel so inclined. I dont know who, what or if, but its 4 pages long and nothing else needs to be said.
