Safest Payment Type

What is the most safe payment type ?
paypal, alertpay, webmoney or other ?

Also any hosts accept bitcoin ?

reason is simple, Russian based, so high privacy assured

real time eg:
it doesn't reveal sender email id/receiver email id, because it just ask account id ZXXXXXXXXXX for USD

For a scenario that a host gives payment information to authorities, again webmoney is the best ? I heard some stories that paypal gives personal information if asked by authorities

for me all are safe until you are verified

using paypal since 2007, not a problem at all, one day only they limited my account due to trying the wrong password lots of time from the college pc, where keyboard is faulty :D
