You need onshore hosting sometimes for Hotfile etc. If he wasn't offering Rapidleech and it was just regular hosting it would have being closed
 
Na, Onshore RL gives very good speed for HF, MU, MF, FS and many hosts in download and upload

BTW, it says RL allowed but high cpu script not allowed ? What about rar unrar in RL :?
 
No, you cannot rar unrar, as it uses up CPU, And Make sure all Rapidleech's are private.
