Run Website or PHP script in RDP

hi friends i want to use rapidleech script on my RDP server is there any way that i run PHP website their bcoz html is working but not php i can access html vie my rdp IP address so any body tell me how to do this !

i already tried Xampp but not working service not starts

you need to install php-plugin for ISS

since you can't install this without admin-privileges - there's no way.
