to provide banners for websites and pay them for impressions and clickthru.

very hard and bad timing.
I mean its the recession, you need advertisers who r willing to try somthing new and what not. PLus what would sites pick you over adbrite, adsense, yahoo?
Its gonna be hard as hell. but if you want to try it go ahead

Recession is the best time to start a business. Shit, I've spent like $80,000 on my business this year alone.

More business spend more money during these hard times Vs any other time for advertising to get their products know.....but can you get them to use you over the big guys?

How would you make your site grow to get more advertisers? You would need to first have some advertisers before you open then spend thousands and thousands and thousands to advertise on other ad sites and purchase major advertising on sites like google, yahoo, and just large sites.
